Creative Writing Workshop

Ever wanted to try your hand at writing? Author Julie Summers guides you through a variety of tools designed to help you. She will introduce you to different writing genres, look at examples of great writing and provide exercises and lead discussions to help you reach your goals. Julie Summers is the award-winning author of 14 non-fiction books, focussing on the two world wars. She was one of four women in the recent Times list of 50 top historians. Her book "Jambusters" inspired ITV's successful drama, "Home Fires". She is the current Royal Literary Fund fellow at St Hilda's College, Oxford.
