Step into the story of Cookham with our family-friendly Heritage Trail, created for the Cookham Festival and designed to be enjoyed by all ages.

Pick up a colourful trail map for just £1 at the Sculpture Garden entrance, or download your copy for free before you arrive. It will guide you around the village to a series of fascinating spots - from famous landmarks to tucked-away corners - each with its own story waiting to be discovered.

As you explore, keep an eye out for the trail signs along the way. They share bite-sized pieces of history and link to more information if you’d like to dig a little deeper.

For an extra bit of fun, why not try our Treasure Trail? Perfect for families, it challenges you to spot clues hidden at some of the trail locations. It’s a great way to learn more about Cookham’s past.
