Local musician and songwriter Rob Castell and his band bring an evening of musical joy to the festival, with some original numbers and a whole host of funky fun-filled covers.

Rob has composed songs and created shows for E4, CBBC, BBC Radio 4, Nuffield Theatre, York Theatre Royal and with his longtime comedy project Barbershopera.

He previously worked as an actor - most notable as Pop in We Will Rock You. Rob has appeared on a number of occasions at top London night spot Crazy Coqs, both in his one man show and also with his band. He lives two minutes away so he'll be full of energy.
